The noodles were soft and lifeless — no bite, no chew, just there. The broth? Thin and flat, completely missing that deep umami punch you expect from real Japanese ramen. It tasted like someone described ramen to a chef who’s never actually had one. And the “runny egg” — oh man. It had a solid yolk. Like, fully cooked. First time in my life I’ve seen a “runny egg” that doesn’t… run. I get why it’s rated so highly — probably from people who don’t eat much ramen in Japan. If you’ve never had the real deal, sure, it’s edible. But if you’re expecting actual Japanese ramen quality, don’t waste your yen. To top it off, it’s pricey for what you get. Halal options in Japan are limited, so I respect the effort — but calling this ramen is a stretch. TL;DR: Halal-friendly, maybe . The meat is really out of this world. My family really enjoyed eating here, great service from the staff and chef. The ramen and tempura was also delicious. Totally recommend! The queuing place has bench outside the restaurant so probably will be challenging during some weather condition. The service is good. Food came quick around 10 minutes. The taste is great. The wagyu beef is splendid. It is soft and tender. Quite pricy but worth every penny.
